This all-terrain wheelchair is made for outdoor use and is especially suited to environments generally considered to be too rugged for locomotion via a wheeled chair. The all-terrain chair is controlled with an armrest-mounted joystick that can be ordered for either left-hand or right-hand operation.

The all-terrain wheelchair is powered by a 24V battery system that supplies energy to two 650 Watt drive motors (746 Watts is equivalent to one horsepower). AGM type batteries are included in the standard TracFab configuration. The optional Li-ion battery chemistry; LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate), substantially increases the TracFab's range.
